KPI Green Energy Board Recommends 1:2 Bonus Share Issue
- KPI Green Energy Ltd. plans to issue bonus shares from its securities premium account as part of its ongoing expansion, with the bonus shares set to be distributed by January 2025 following shareholder approval.
- The board of directors of KPI Green Energy Ltd. recommended the issue of bonus equity shares in a proportion of 1:2.
