My Experience with Kasplo has been disappointing due to poor management and toxic work culture , The leadership lacks professionalism with CEO displaying overlly egoistic attitude and inability to handle constructive feedback Additionally HR team and management are excessively controlling And they micromanage all the employees , The major unethical issue is that The HR Pressurizing employee to give feedback / review and five star rating on platform like ambition box, Glassdoor and google review , Which misrepresents the actual work environment....Read More
