The senior personnel, including those in leadership positions, exhibit remarkable simplicity and humility. There is a notable absence of arrogance among them, particularly in the cases of Mr. Madhu and Mr. Ajit, who are exceptionally grounded. Additionally, my manager, team leader, and subject matter experts are all outstanding individuals.

Dislikes

There are not many aspects that warrant dislike; however, it is true that all companies encounter certain challenges, regardless of their magnitude. Nevertheless, these issues are generally manageable.

Good compensation, holidays are holidays, good teammates

Dislikes

Poor work-life balance, highly business-focused, no employee satisfaction, low trust in the team, last Sunday of the month is always a work day, poor leave acceptance, low focus on employee's skill development
