What You ll Do:
As our Sales Manager, you ll take ownership of driving sales strategy, closing deals, and leading a team toward exceeding targets. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Develop and Implement Sales Strategies: Craft innovative strategies to capture new markets and grow revenue streams.
- Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve individual and team goals.
- Revenue Growth: Drive end-to-end sales processes, from prospecting to closing high-value deals.
- Client Relationships: Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients and partners to maximize opportunities.
- Performance Monitoring: Analyze sales metrics and prepare detailed reports for leadership to identify growth areas and success stories.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to refine processes and strategies.

- Proven Success: A track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Leadership Skills: Experience managing and mentoring sales teams to deliver outstanding results.

- Strong Communication: Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical Mindset: Comfort with analyzing sales data and proficiency in CRM tools.
