Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Backend Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience in backend development, with a strong understanding of server-side technologies and cloud-based solutions. Experience with microservices architecture and database optimization is highly desirable. As a Backend Developer, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to build secure, scalable, and efficient backend systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain server-side logic to power web and mobile applications.

Develop and integrate APIs and services using modern frameworks and technologies.

Collaborate with front-end developers to ensure seamless integration between client-side and server-side systems.

Optimize backend systems for performance, scalability, and security.

Implement and maintain databases, ensuring data integrity and high availability.

Utilize microservices architecture to build modular and maintainable solutions.

Stay updated on emerging backend technologies and frameworks, and advocate for their adoption when appropriate.

Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve backend issues efficiently.

Collaborate with DevOps teams to implement CI/CD pipelines and maintain deployment workflows.

Requirements:

2-4 years of proven experience as a Backend Developer.

Strong proficiency in backend programming languages such as Node.js, Python, Java, or Go.

Experience with database systems like MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or Redis.

Familiarity with microservices architecture and containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes.

Proficiency in building and consuming RESTful and GraphQL APIs.

Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

Experience with version control systems (Git).

Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Preferred Skills:

Experience with serverless architecture and frameworks.

Knowledge of performance optimization and caching strategies.

Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools.
