*Working culture is very bad *High level politics *No work life balance *Third class POS, there is system issue in there system and they will blame you for the shortage and ask you to pay for the missing inventory in which you are not involved *No appreciation *No Job security * They will any time check your personal details like your mobile and your bank account statement *Owner of the company is very rude and use bad language to there employees * Even the whole marketing team and HR team also resigned from this organisation *Working in Justdogs is almost similar to working in politics where no one will support you. *Above mentioned statements are genuine and based on my experience, request you not to join this organisation, vacancy open 365 days here because constantly people join here and resign in few months....Read More
