Dislikes

Job security due to the market fluctuations. However if one is open to new roles and responsibilities then job security is not a challenge.

My role. I have some freedom to take some decisions & make things work. Some people are pretty smart

Dislikes

The culture is really bad. There is lot of blame game & some people almost always stir clear. They believe that employees don't need holidays at all. No flexible work even if you are in your worse health. Everyone is either overworked or barely working.
