It's a LaLa company whose management can fire you anytime. 1. They only provide 4 weeks off in a month, there is no life balance as you have to be on floor or office for 10 hours a day. 2. Worst management as they hired all freshers in every department by paying very less salary. These people don't know how to run organisation. 3. No hierarchy,they have just created positions without assigning KRA's. You will find 3-4 ASM in a single store 😂😂. There is no importance of position, if you are thinking they are giving you a position then be careful it's a trap because you will learn nothing and you will be frustrated with the system within a week. 4. Worst inventory management i have ever seen in any organisation yet. 5.
