Minimal workload. Work life balance because of less work.

Dislikes

1 yr probation. Leaves not par with corporate world. Only 1 leave per month during probation, 24 after confirmation. No maternity or medical leave. POSH act not implemented. Notice period: for employer- 0 or 15 days, for employee-2 months depending on post. No bonus. Not much to learn.
