Job Security. Firing is the last resort at Impetus. Even if you on bench, they won't fire you. They always try to assign you on some project. Work life balance depends on manager-to-manager.

Dislikes

No policy on project change (unless you submit resignation or have very serious issues). Less learning opportunities.

Work Details

Work policy: 2 days/week from office

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
