We have flexible office time; we don't need to seat for 9 hours in office.

You have to follow client time as well as maintain office hours. I have to seat for 6 hours in office and also available in client meetings which is approx. in mid night.

There should be no criteria for 1-2 days of medical leave. But here we can only take medical if we have fallen sick for more than 3 days.
