Stay away from this place!! Working here might almost kill you... There's no mental peace... First of all, this company is totally fraud.. They promote their products as an AI but the put their employees behind the chats...People are forced to do the work of 10-15 employees simultaneously and as an AI on chats and emails which is not humanly possible.. And if you miss doing that at any point for even a few seconds, they either fire you without any warning or will cut a major amount of your salary according to their 'mood'. The HRs are useless and complaining them doesn't matter. They give a 'lollipop' of WFH to the employees so that they don't leave the company that easily but still there are multiple resignations every day... Funny thing they don't even care about the resignations too... Cz it's an opportunity to cut the salaries as people are obviously not even willing to serve the notice period due to the gift of a knocked up mental and physical health that this company has given them. Another reason not to get in their trap of WFH is that they'll ask you to keep your camera and mic turned on an a zoom meeting all through out the shif... If you don't reply on it even for a single time., you know what happens... Salary cut. Also, they say they have 5 days working.. Don't believe them.. You'll be forced to work 28-29 days a month.. They'll assure you to give comp offs against the working days.. But they'll cheat on that too as they'll refuse giving them whenever you ask for it... One of the most important things... No matter what... How much you have worked here... 2-3-4 years without taking any leaves... They won't approvw for any leaves anytime you ask for them... Thus, for any important work, you'll have to take an unplanned leave for which they'll cut your salaries in addition to the day's pay....Read More
