I am repenting every single day I have to login to work in this company. Horrible Company.

Dislikes

People without technical expertise become Technical Architects in this company. Avoid the RPA domain in this company at all costs. The RPA domain has an onsite manager who is a "Empty vessel makes the most noise" kind of a guy who acts as if he knows everything in the world. Even if we raise concerns to the HR team, no one bothers to help you. The HR team is only busy planning Friday fun activities. Highly toxic environment and the senior management is busy safeguarding their roles and profits and are least bothered about employees. For your own mental sanity avoid this place at all costs....Read More

incompetent people are pushed to higher roles and for competent people its a living hell. Appraisals are purely based on how good you are with your reporting manager. Too many leaders and divided growth plans, The leaders are confused as to where to take this company in the future, Looking at the way things are going they are waiting for some big company to buy them off as they are least bothered about the employees and are only concerned about the money that flows in every month.
