The worst company I have ever seen, management is worse,for freshers they will treat like you are there slave, they don't care about your mental pressure, they will treat like you are school or college student they don't know how the corporate works. And the most worst domain of this company is SAP Technical and it's manager ,he doesn't have any idea who is working in which project and who is improving their skills, the only thing he want like everyone should go and do unnecessary discussion with him. Even he don't have any judging skills,if you are a girl then you can easily survive I'm SAP technical domain he will give you good hike whether you worked or not. Dislikes

Salary structure is shady, includes the insurance and gratuity in component. Very bad managers especially in SAP technical. Except your immediate seniors, nobody will help/guide you for future. Very hurting policies and they change frequently for the worst. Heavy pressure and lack of new technologies. Micromanaging managers and also get into personal life. Politics is rampant favoring a few who praise the managers....Read More
