The company culture is excellent as compared to others.It is like being in your home. The seniors are way too much supportive. Lots of learning if someone is willing to! Year on year appraisals are there according to the performance.

Dislikes

There is not much I dislike about my company aside, The work life balance is negligible now a days. The management is in wrong hand, it's been taken care of by a person who has zero experience managing company policies. Candidate wise preference is there regardless of their skills and talents. One get paid higher without giving any outcome. On the other hand a hard working person paid less.
