Dislikes

I’m really happy with my experience here. The work is challenging and fulfilling, and the team culture is highly collaborative. If I had to mention one thing, it would be that, like any growing company, there are times when processes could be more streamlined to improve efficiency. But I see this as an opportunity to continue refining our workflows, and I’ve been involved in suggesting ways we can improve cross-team communication, which has been rewarding.

Likes

The company culture is excellent as compared to others.It is like being in your home. The seniors are way too much supportive. Lots of learning if someone is willing to! Year on year appraisals are there according to the performance.

Dislikes

There is not much I dislike about my company aside, The work life balance is negligible now a days. The management is in wrong hand, it's been taken care of by a person who has zero experience managing company policies. Candidate wise preference is there regardless of their skills and talents. One get paid higher without giving any outcome. On the other hand a hard working person paid less. These type of double standards ruins the work culture and hampers employees emotional health.
