Random priority work on weekends, policies changing overnight, notice period changed suddenly to 3months, 0 job security, heartless upper management, worst decision making, no vision, puppet of reliance, no appraisals, nepotism and favouritism is a common practice here, illiterate HRs, biasness in hiring. Hence one of the founder exited the company. Lunch and breakfast stopped which they bragged about in the job description as well. No apology from founder for not giving appraisal instead hrs conveyed that message using chatgpt. DO NOT JOIN THIS COMPANY. This company might pay a little extra from the industry but it's a trap. If you have another offer in hand then please take it....Read More
