- Learning curve is really steep. Great learning place for freshers. - good peers in most of the teams - good amenities like breakfast, lunch, different reimbursement.

Dislikes

- most of the upper management leaders are not deserving of that position, they contradict their own statements - Founder is not ready to accept feedback or criticism, that's why he ran away from fishbowl, which he started in the firm. Not a brave leader. - firm lack stability, they change policies very often. - Appraisal cycle changes, rules changes. So their product due to high volatility in decisions the most of the products are volatile and buggy - company culture has become toxic because the leaders announce something on public platform and internally talk something else with leads group.
