The organisation will suck every penny out of your salary with zero job security as they have their internal politics and will never appreciate your hard work despite of the time you dedicate to your work. The company culture is good if you have good manager, some managers are really good over here, if you get chance to work with them, then it's like Great Places to Work. Upper-level management is very good they listen to the feedback of the employees and act accordingly.

Dislikes

Some managers are very bad, it feels like you are working sometimes in politics and sometimes as a Daily wage worker when you work with these managers.
