Ample of projects to work and lot of scope to learn and work with multiple technologies

Dislikes

1. Worst work culture. 2. Lot of partiality, they have office in Bangalore for name sake. 80% to 90% Promotions will be for Noida people. Only 10% - 20% from Bangalore. Even though candidates are worthy they still promote Noida Employees rather than promoting Bangalore Candidates. Most of the leadership sits in Noida. 3. For communication they mostly use Hindi then secondary would be English. Even it 10 or 200 members connect/forum, they still discuss in Hindi. They don’t bother that you understand or not 4. HR are also for Name sake, if you complain on any of higher management they will discuss internally with them and target that person and also HRs are very Hard to reach. 5. Micro Management 6. You will fed up with filling more than 3 timesheets every single day. 7. There are no procedures for any thing, etc.. my list will go on. But this is more than enough. My suggestion is, if you were to join EY GDS. Then join in Noida, otherwise don’t. Also keep in mind you should know Hindi....Read More

A prestigious name in corporate worlds as it is a so called Big4. Get exposure to various latest technology tools

Dislikes

Most of applications are inbuilt and will have no use in future destinations Poor work culture, the management is old and their mindset is jammed. Now they started lots of micromanagement. It is just a BPO which tops as big4. Nothing special. If you value mental peace, growth then avoid this company. Specifically the GDS office at Bangalore (CBS Unit) it is all about cost cutting, tracking each action to save money and just fulfill the formalities. There is no meaning of what you do here. Also, in this company there is lot of biased feedback as they favour south people and doesn’t like if some north person comes in Team. They will make work culture so toxic. One more great trick played by them is - the shift time is 10 hours (not 9 hours which is everywhere) they will call it giving shift allowance which is 75% than your actual cost of 1 hour (at least in my case) if it was accenture they provide overtime with double payout.
