Just one thing firm is 100 years old but still not use..they tell you they are mazarian but work cultural is like shit.

They don't give appraisal on time..few of the admin employees thinks they are owner of the company.no salary slip...no increament letter... you have to beg and ask...even after they will not provide you....and you have answer many questions...you will net get recognition and they put you in low level work not as per your qualification.....they are ready to pay more to new recruitment....but not to old employees.
