Worked as a part of EY wavespace environment was beyond pressurizing. Was hired as a process facilitator and was asked to do the sales aspect as well. The working hours are flexible and so you are expected to be available always and the average hour of working per day would be 11- 12 hours. There is a religious groupism within the team which includes people from the higher levels, and other team members are treated in a horrible way. The actual time we work on a project would be 15-16 hours and we will be allowed to charge only 11 hours. This causes billability and utilization issues for which we will be blamed later on. I was put on PIP and was asked to take care of sales aspect, which means we need to find out our own projects and reach the target number given within a short period. I was indirectly forced to resign by my Manager and the Director of EY wavespace. The Manager would blame us for no reason and our work never gets appreciated. Have never worked in such a team before. I would never recommend this department if someone is looking for a peaceful job....Read More
