Incentives pattern keeps on changing each month. IJP is Biggest Scam it can only be given to internally. Job security is less if you cannot handle pressure they will say you bye bye. Staying here, the politics, work environment, increment incentives getting downgrading day by day. Only recommended to someone who play really well politics game.
