Culture is good WLB upto certain level Burden for those who can carry it. Team support Expectation little higher from employees but employee cannot expect anything from Management ( including appraisal)

Dislikes

Very poor management. Expectation of weekend support without any reimbursement Management not bother for employee concerns. Every year appraisal cycle changed without information. One man driven company. No process for implementation of policy. Policies can be changed in single night without prior information to team. After that also it is not circulated. Expenses are not approved, no adavance for visiting site Mediclaim is included but cannot avail claim as payment not processed by management to Vendor FnF not getting cleared after months, and no one can take responsibility to reply for your verification call/ mail...Read More
