Too much involvement of the management who do not know the ABCD of marketing and sales.

Dislikes

It was good earlier, but they change their policies every now and then. A pure Gujrati family run business. If you're good in buttering, you can last longer, like the Sales Director is doing here.

I have been working here since 1 year and it has been an amazing experience. The ambiance is great and my co-workers are friendly and easy to work with. I learned a tremendous amount while working here.
