...y for a year and my manager was very friendly and helped me grow in the company. I was happy with the pay. I really enjoyed my job and had healthy relationship with my teammates. My job helped me grow professionally and personally.

I have been working with this company from the past few years and I really enjoyed my experience with them. The job is exciting and challenging. The people are wonderful and friendly and always willing to help.

Work colleagues are friendly in nature. No salary delays you get salary on time on beginning of month

Timing is only problem here i face most of time you may have to work till 9 or 10 sometimes you may have meetings at 9 or 10 also with US teams. Other than these problem i faced is sudden changing of rule and stuff. Like every other office inter politics are there you have to face it but you love you work not company if love the company you may have face heart breaks that it. They always tell you they not making profit most important part is they fire people easy so be cautious on that if you talented enough it won’t affect you

...bers are good, and help each other out. There is flexibility to work from home. Salary comes on time.

Dislikes

Lack of adequate resources means everyone has to take on more work and work at least 12 hours everyday. Director Mr. Manish Dalmia is a master manipulator and creates conflict between Enrolment advisors and Marketing team. Every one is over worked, exhausted, and irritable all the time. People keep falling sick and teams try to push work on each other. Do not believe 5 star reviews with no "dislikes". All fake.

This is a flat organization so there is more responsibility on each member. As an employee, I was not restricted to just one end of the business, but was able to explore other areas as well. Ofcourse, there is a lot of work pressure, but the management is supportive

Dislikes

...rantee of career security, if you cannot perform, it will be tough to sustain. Additional money is deducted from salary for Gratuity which can only be claimed after you work here for 5 years. Also, insuramce policy is only for the employee and not for family.
