Dislikes

Joining this company was the biggest mistake of my professional life, and I sincerely advise others to steer clear. They create an illusion of a positive work culture with manufactured reviews, but in reality, it is a highly toxic environment led by the CEO, Director, VP, and VP of Shared Services. They don’t hesitate to use mental harassment tactics against employees who show any sign of independence or intent to leave. When I announced my resignation, they sabotaged my exit process and even reached out to prevent my future employment. This level of manipulation and lack of professionalism is shocking. I liked about learning the IT service which I had no prior experience about and also had good exposure working with government clients here.

Dislikes

1) They will delay your reimbursement or remunerations on time they will delay in to months. 2) They dismissed my employment without giving me a single day to service notice period, even though I had contributed development of business opportunities valued at above Rs. 200 crore. 3) They also had not paid my last month salary tilldate. 4) They had not released me experience and reliving letter till date....Read More
