1. Extremely unprofessional, unethical and rude behaviour of the employer. 2. False hopes were given before joining. 3. The employer talks behind the back of the employees and discuss bad things regarding them with other employees when the concerned employee can very well hear everything from the adjacent room. 4. The employer, in apersonal meeting directly told me that "I will use you and throw you out". She said that she wanted me to change my personality and if I don't do that then she would just "throw me out". 5. Extremely unhealthy working environment where the employer calls a flat an office where she has purposely hired one young male and one young female employee who has to stay and work in a flat all day without anyone else being around. The third person who is an attendant goes out of the office most of the days. It's not a very safe environment for any employee to work like this. The employer stays in a flat just adjacent to this office cum flat. On top of this, unhealthy judgements are made about the employees. 6. The employer doesn't turn up whole day and only shows up in the evening when the working hours are just about to get over. Then, if you wish to leave since you don't have any wor, the employer will show disgust and talk bad things behind your back. 7. Terrible. The employer expects you to answer mails and calls every time even after office hours and office days just immediately and she doesn't think that you can have a life apart from office.

My work in Cancer Foundation of India was bit challenging . Because I used to work there with the community people and I used to be on field with them . Although I was in a project on Research and Development.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within City.
