1. Extremely unprofessional, unethical and rude behaviour of the employer. 2. False hopes were given before joining. 3. The employer talks behind the back of the employees and discuss bad things regarding them with other employees when the concerned employee can very well hear everything from the adjacent room. 4. The employer, in a personal meeting directly told me that "I will use you and throw you out". She said that she wanted me to change my personality and if I don't do that then she would just "throw me out". 5. Extremely unhealthy working environment where the employer calls a flat an office where she has purposely hired one young male and one young female employee who has to stay and work in a flat all day without anyone else being around. The third person who is an attendant goes out of the office most of the days. It's not a very safe environment for any employee to work like this. The employer stays in a flat just adjacent to this office cum flat. On top of this, unhealthy judgements are made about the employees. 6. The employer doesn't turn up whole day and only shows up in the evening when the working hours are just about to get over. Then, if you wish to leave since you don't have any wor, the employer will show disgust and talk bad things behind your back. 7. Overall, a complete wastage of time and effort in this organisation which can never grow unless it knows how to respect and care for its employees.
