Work culture, manager ( a lot of people in manage roles are with BMC for long and they feel they are the owners) treat subordinates very bad. Managers don't have any empathy, are rude, hypercritical and captious. A lot of micro management and very toxic environment. Being a writer, you so a little writing and a lot of administrative work of creating jiras and closing them and generating pdfs and whole lot of manual work. So, no work satisfaction....Read More

company is good infrastructure provided by BMC help streamline work processes and allow employees to focus on delivering high quality results.

Dislikes

One challenge I experienced at BMC software was related to management policies and the decision-making process. In some instances, it felt like decision were primarily made by managers whith limited input from employees. This top-down approch sometimes led to lack of transparency and made it difficult for employees to feel valued orheard. additionally, there seemed to be minimal involvement from Hr in addressing employee concerns, which affected overall morale. I believe that a more collaborative approach, were employee feedback is genuinely considered, could create a more positive and inclusive work environment....Read More
