BMC is a really good company to work with some great facilities and good infrastructure in office premises. Plus they offer various add on facilities apart from your CTC.

Dislikes

Due to recent news of a split between BMc and Helix, they are focusing on cost cutting and future is quite unpredictable here as Helix may be acquired by some other organisation which can be good/bad.

Work policy: 3 days/week from office

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Nothing as such. It was worst experience of my life. Manager have all power. Director outside India dont have any knowledge whats happening inside. They dont worry. Manager rules like British era.

Dislikes

Everything is to dislike. Manager like my Manager Deepak Chopra was worst as handling team and the product. Many people left from team. Just focusing on Delivery and not on quality raising many concerns from original product owners and senior management teams. Deepak have fear of losing his job and employee under his team. He is greedy and dont care about anyone playing all kind of politics and living very high on his favourite employee. Just those who are favourite will get all promotions despite those employees failing multiple times.
