There's no job security and no growth. No proper work culture. Management is worst and there's no company policies.

Dislikes

Even a offer letter is not given even though we have been asking constantly they delayed and when we were relieving they refused to give even relieving letter as offer letter isn't given. No training is given and no senior guidance you have to learn your own with basic instructions. Without having any proper job portals without training they expect us to make placements where we would at least try to give 2 profiles a day or more. But even though we forward the profiles it would be delayed by manager who wouldn't submit to client on time. Especially there's a lot of office politics not between the employees but in between the management (managers) and a manager who is abusive who would shout on floor even without thinking. Harassment by manager. They would often threaten you of removing you from office No job security at all and career growth one shouldn't even question.
