Aveva is an excellent company .Work life balance is very good.Their company policies are wonderful suck like car lease, leave policies and free food snacks..

Aveva should start giving trainings to Managers as the company don't know employees are feeling low when their working is not being liked and discremenatied and when they start comparing with co employers .This needs to change .Mentally struggling to prove when their is constant tantarum on working deliverables ..Kindly request Aveva please start giving trainings to Managers so that they become leaders not just managers....Read More

Political, toxic environment caused by some North manager, for last 4 years, by middle level management, service management usually work for their promotions not for thecompanyies profit, more gujju's get quick promotions, they are. Elevated to higher levels like anything.. it's abt Service ,not about other groups, where they excell in all aspects.
