Cab Facility is good for employees.They will not ask to work on weekends and Holidays.

Dislikes

Work Culture in Pega has changed a lot . Partialityand favorisams in managers and always comparisons .No recognitions for what we do . We cannot give feedback to managers also. Managers are not approachable. If we ask for a project change also answer is no . They expect us to work in same project. No proper hikes. No good career path or progression .

Free mess food. Dont expect food to be as good as other good firms.'

Dislikes

Terrible work culture and managers. Micro management is prevalent in across the org. Managers are toxic and don't respect you personal life. Hikes are below the inflation percent 2-3%. Even though they say they have hybrid model, manager forces everyone to come to office daily even though they themselves are not there.
