I tried hard but nothing get

Most toxic envoirment I have seen in my long career. This company is operated by non IT person Vamsi Krishna. He is nothing to know about coding or IT services. He is only the investor in the company. This Company is getting run by Delivery Manager Abdul Mateen(also the partner in the company) this person can't even write a single line of code but tell you this is 2 minute task. If you want to stay in this company, you need to surrender on his feet. The development team is highly politices and does not support any new team member even some they confuse you about the flow of project. Team keep eye on your every single action or word and inform to Mateen reagarding this. Every morning Mateen insult you on the front of all team members on every update he will say this is 2 mins task the pet team member discounted from this. Jehadi envoirment over there 2 to 3 times Namaz in company. If you have any small sentiments about right wing political parties you will most on their target. They have only one big project and if this project get close, company will be locked. They can fire you any single day and hold all your salary. Salary get deducted if you late in the morning but they call any time to work every in the night or weekend and any holiday....Read More

1. It's a caste based company established by the Guntur, Andhrapradesh 'C' batch. 2. Nothing to learn new things in this organization. 3. Fake candidates will survive very easily. 4. Management doesn't have knowledge on IT industry even though trying to run the software company with fake experience delivery manager. 5. Freshers has to give the bond for 2 years with 3 lakhs of guaranteed bank cheque. 6. No seniors, no guidance. No value for the seniors. 7. Very cheap and cunning mentality management. 8. If you want to become a brainless and subject less IT employee then you can take offer with this organization. No proper inputs for the developers. 9. If you want to spoil your career and life your self then you can join with this company. 10. All positive comments are posted by the company management only. 11. Company is running with 30 members almost all employees are company founder relatives without minimum knowledge of IT....Read More
