I tried hard but nothing get

Dislikes

...have only one big project and if this project get close, company will be locked. They can fire you any single day and hold all your salary. Salary get deducted if you late in the morning but they call any time to work every in the night or weekend and any holiday.

1. It's a caste based company established by the Guntur, Andhrapradesh 'C' batch. 2. Nothing to learn new things in this organization. 3. Fake candidates will survive very easily. 4. Management doesn't have knowledge on IT industry even though trying to run the software company with fake experience delivery manager. 5. Freshers has to give the bond for 2 years with 3 lakhs of guaranteed bank cheque. 6. No seniors, no guidance. No value for the seniors. 7. Very cheap and cunning mentality management. 8. If you want to become a brainless and subject less IT employee then you can take offer with this organization. No proper inputs for the developers. 9. If you want to spoil your career and life your self then you can join with this company. 10. All positive comments are posted by the company management only. 11. Company is running with 30 members almost all employees are company founder relatives without minimum knowledge of IT.

I feel very happy to share my experence about Bitapps. I started my career here from 2015 - 2020. I learnt new things everyday. Bitapps is having a great and supporting culture for employees. Here there is no differentation like junior or senior, everyone is there for one another and the management is very transparent and ethical too. You will not be disappointed with your decision of working for this company. As a full stack developer I learnt multiple technologies here (Angular,Angular.js,PHP,Javascript,Node.js,Ionic,Parse,Bootstrap...............................................etc). Overall a "Great Place to Work".
