Nothing, they will force you to work extra hours, even after that they will call you again and again

Dislikes

There is lots of company politics.if you try to reach higher they will pull you down. Also no work life balance . Manager not listen to any body. They are dual faces guys .

I don't like the management before covid here increment and appraisal process was done but currently it's delayed to gave the increment and appraisal.
