The organization give wide opportunities for learning and development in various areas of banking provided one is willing to accept mobility and relocation from rural center to overseas.

Dislikes

For career progression, straight forward and sincere officers are sometimes or I would say many a times ignored due to faulty so called merit based promotion policy.

Work Details

I enjoyed my varied roles at different locations doing my best to serve the esteemed customers of Bank from rural agrarians to metro NRI and industrialists and simultaneously grooming myself particularly in soft skills.
