Working in bob is good for the people who is carrer oriented .fast promotion.but for personal life there is no time.working culture us as the private sales company .

Dislikes

There is extra pressure for the work. Every day there is login day ,campaign for many products which is not related to bank.wastage of time in all such type if campaign .and extra pressure in compare to other psu banks
