Teammates are good and have a positive mind set. They are supportive and entry level employees. On the job training provided on every month for enhancing employee performance. Compensation is decent but as a startup we find lot of growth opportunities. Work pressure is not that much high and employee work for 8 hours. Work Details

Genreally speaking, my work is to look after disbursement of loan and risk analysis. Along with that I am indulge in test of our new from customer ends. Credit management is the core area where I work and maintaining relationship with customers.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

It was good at very first time. But now days not at all good place. Too much politics. I have worked here for more than 1.5 years i didn't get any appraisal I have best performance maintain all office rules. Full of politics in management. Poor management. No job security. If you are not able to meet the target then you will lose the job

Dislikes

Politics in management. No growth. Nothing you will learn. Very poor salary structure. Extreme target. After 1 year you will not get any appraisal because of internal politics. For women this is not save place. Some team lead and manager very bad using them and give them promotion.
