The company cares for its employees as well as other staff members. It encourages employees to come up with new ideas and solutions. Focus on developing skills that are realted to work. I work in Kolkata and work culture is really good and it motivates each employees and provide positive and fun ways for employees to get together for personal and professional development activities, both within and outside normal company hours. There is strong leadership skills in our management and they guide in each step.

Dislikes

... On the job training provided on every month for enhancing employee performance. Compensation is decent but as a startup we find lot of growth opportunities. Work pressure is not that much high and employee work for 8 hours. Managers always values individual unique strength even all performing employees get appreciation.

It was good at very first time. But now days not at all good place. Too much politics. I have worked here for more than 1.5 years i didn't get any appraisal I have best performance maintain all office rules. Full of politics in management. Poor management. No job security. If you are not able to meet the target then you will lose the job

Politics in management. No growth. Nothing you will learn. Very poor salary structure. Extreme target. After 1 year you will not get any appraisal because of internal politics. For women this is not save place. Some team lead and manager very bad using them and give them promotion.

One of the best company I have worked for. Working culture is good and people are very much supportive. Management takes care of their entire employees and they always focus on enhancing employees skills.

Job security and work culture is fine. Mgnt is strict about performance and policies are not properly implemented as this is a startup. Managers and colleagues are very supportive. Work culture is very good for both male and female. Motivating team member, keeping the environmentlite-hearted, resolving issues are always priority of the hierarchy. It is possible to learn new things and achieve target. Don't fall for any false review.

Dislikes

There is an group of non-performing people working in this office who just want promotion even if it requires to harm some other staffs. Management should take the right decision to save the talented employees from these politicians. And increment of all staffs is required for employee satisfaction.

The managers of the company are very supportive. Just firing the bad old employees will make the environment better.

Dislikes

The management there is not good.Partiality all the time with some employees.And for some old bad employees, girls have to be harassed. And no steps are taken for that.There is less official work and more interference in people's personal lives.The company has made bad and old employees senior with the title of experience
