There are courses and facilities on the company portal which are really helpful but the employees or the new joiners are not made aware of them .it would be a good idea to introduce them to the courses from their department which can improve their work skills as well.

Dislikes

Employees are treated as cases or tickets or problems rather then as humans. I was made a joke of the project as everything in my case went downhill. No support from team leader or manager. No support for career growth. Late payments, wrong payments. No contract for over 7 or 8 months then out of No where said that my contract is expiring where as I never signed a contract and the reason given to me was the project doesn't have requirements at the moment while there is an active advertisement on the portal that they are hiring for the position. I was congratulated for getting full time employment by team leaders and other seniors and when I didn't get contract for over month they just said its not happening any more. They delayed my documents for 3 months because of that I had to stay at home for a month and I had no support from HR. I waited for 1 month to finally get a reply from them. Too many things. Overall Accenture is one of the best companies to work with. I learnt so much from Managers, Mentors that i have a huge gratitude for my rest of life. Great company to learn if you are willing.

Dislikes

I left Accenture last year in 2023 May. As informed in my exit interview, i had my worst experience with my last RM Vidnesh. Despite knowing, i lost my mom and personally i was going through so many challenges. I was on strict medication which he was aware of, he never checked or scheduled a one on one.
