Working at aagna global solutions is good. Colleagues are Good . Environment is Good. It is a night shift. They conduct the interviews in evening time from Monday to Friday. Basic English is enough to communicate. 5 working days in a week is good. they provide us good incentives.

Dislikes

It is a semi-voice process so you don't have to talk anything and when you go outside it did not helps much to improve carer. The Basic salary is too much low and they just offer you 8500 basic pay. They say that Salary will be given at the 10th of every month but they take 15 to 17th of every month to pay the salaries it is a big issue there because everyone needs to pay hostel fees and room rents etc.. and they need money on time. If they fail to pay salary on time employees will feel difficult and irritated for working. They will take work lightly....Read More
