Respo - Graphic Designer - Creative Suite (1-3 yrs)

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop visually appealing graphics for various platforms, including websites, social media channels, mobile apps, and marketing materials.

- Ensure all designs adhere to the company's established brand guidelines and maintain visual consistency across all touchpoints.

- Effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, development) to translate project requirements into compelling visual concepts.

- Manage multiple design projects concurrently while meeting deadlines and adhering to project timelines.

- Actively incorporate feedback from team members and stakeholders to refine and improve designs.

- Stay abreast of the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to maintain fresh and competitive visuals.

Qualifications :

Education : Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.

Experience : 1-3 years of professional graphic design experience.

Technical Skills :

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite: Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere, After Effects.

Experience with Figma: Creating wireframes, prototypes, and collaborative designs.

Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects.
