Roles and Responsibilities :

- We are looking for lead analytics professional with a knack for seeing solutions in sprawling data sets and the business mindset to convert insights into strategic opportunities for the business.

- Data scientist will be responsible for Execution of analytical experiments methodically to help solve various problems and make a true impact across the lending domain.

- Data analysis and appropriate recommendations that clearly communicate complex analysis.

- Identify various factors and design key metrics and maintain various dashboards.

- Developing credit and fraud risk models by applying advanced AI/ML techniques.

- Design of experiments, testing hypotheses, and building actionable models to optimize KPIs.

- Working closely with internal stakeholders such as business teams, engineering teams, and partner teams.

Technical Skills and Experience :

- Demonstrated 3-5 years of hands-on experience in Analytics, with a particular focus on Fintech, preferably within credit lending domains.

- Proficient in utilizing Python or R for data analysis and manipulation, coupled with strong SQL skills for database querying and management.

- Skilled in building Machine Learning Models.

- Exposure to deep learning will be preferable.

- Experience in risk management of lending products for acquisition or across the lifecycle of consumer credit is preferable.

- Possess a technology-driven mindset, continually exploring digital advancements and staying abreast of technology literature and trends

- Capable of mentoring team members, fostering their growth and development within the field of analytics.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills
