Role: Retention lead credit cards

Location: Bangalore

Responsibility:

- Lead the strategy, planning, and execution for programs like customer engagement, loyalty, and retention for the credit card model. Perform customer segmentation and formulate right credit card marketing and retention strategies to stimulate credit card usage.

- Marketing campaigns and partnership programs to boost customer engagement as measured by incremental and revenue growth.

- Develop rewards and offers program to ensure competitive offers, experiences, and partnerships while balancing cost.

- Track and drive awareness of business performance on key metrics, explaining performance and insights regarding trends and expert opinion on forecasted performance.

- Drive P&L performance and identify opportunities for enhancement.

Experience: 8+ years experience in driving strategy, planning, and execution for customer engagement, loyalty, and retention for the credit card business

Preferred education background

Graduates/Postgraduates from prestigious institutions like business schools (B-schools),(NITs), (BITS)
