Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage employee life cycle activities such as recruitment, onboarding, Induction training.
  
• Inputs and Executing on engagement strategies

• Assisting with Day-to-day HR Activities

• Support for employees documentation work 

• Handle Employee Grievances to give the best solutions 
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 0-2 years of experience in an HR role or related field (industrialization).
  
• MBA/PGDM degree in HR/Industrial Relations / MSW preferred
  
• Excellent communication skills with ability to present information effectively.
