Field Training Manager

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement training programs
• Provide coaching and feedback to sales staff
• Conduct in-person training sessions
• Facilitate role-playing exercises
• Lead classroom-style workshops
• Identify training needs
• Ensure new employees receive proper training
• Roll out / conduct Sales force training programs with high level of professionalism as per the Annual Training Plan
