Role & responsibilities

• SEO Strategy Implementation:
• Optimize content for on-page and off-page SEO, ensuring maximum visibility in search engine results.
• Perform keyword research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for growth.
• Implement SEO best practices in all content, ensuring it aligns with current search engine algorithms.
• Conduct regular SEO audits and recommend improvements to enhance site performance.
• Content Creation & Optimization:
• Write high-quality, engaging blog posts, articles, and web content that are optimized for both users and search engines.
• Use SEO tools to optimize content (including keywords, meta tags, headings, and internal/external linking).
• Publish and manage content via CMS platforms (especially Strapi).
• Ensure all content is rich in SEO and designed to boost traffic, improve user engagement, and support business goals.
• Content Performance Measurement:
• Monitor and analyze the performance of published content, using analytics tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or Ahrefs.
• Provide actionable insights and reports on content performance, engagement metrics, and SEO results.
• Adjust and refine content strategies based on performance data to continually improve traffic and rankings.
• Collaboration & Coordination:
• Work closely with marketing, design, and development teams to align content with overall business and marketing strategies.
• Ensure content is consistent with the brand voice and supports broader marketing initiatives.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, content best practices, and algorithm changes to ensure ongoing content optimization.

Preferred candidate profile

• Experience:
• 3+ years of relevant experience in SEO and content creation, preferably in a fast-paced digital environment.
• Experience with CMS platforms, particularly Strapi.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficient in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, etc.
• Strong knowledge of HTML and basic web design concepts.
• Familiarity with content management systems (CMS), preferably Strapi, or similar platforms.
• Industry Experience:
• Experience in the BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) sector is a plus and will add significant value to your profile.
