To strengthen our team, we are looking for a dedicated SEO and Google Optimization Specialist (m/f/d).

Position Overview: As the SEO and Google Optimization Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our digital footprint and maximizing visibility across search engines, particularly Google. Leveraging your expertise in SEO, Google optimization, and web development, you will drive organic traffic, improve website rankings, and optimize conversions.

Role & responsibilities

• Utilize your in-depth knowledge and experience in SEO to develop and execute comprehensive strategies for organic growth.
• Conduct thorough keyword research using tools such as Ahrefs and other SEO software to identify high-potential opportunities.
• Perform on-page and off-page optimization to enhance website visibility and improve search engine rankings.
• Monitor website performance and user behavior through Google Analytics, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
• Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns to increase click-through rates (CTR) and conversions.
• Collaborate with the web development team to implement SEO best practices, including site structure improvements, schema markup, and page speed optimization.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of website content, ensuring alignment with SEO objectives and best practices.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and algorithm updates to adapt strategies accordingly and maintain best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, content, and development, to align SEO efforts with overall business objectives.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelors degree in marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in SEO, with a focus on Google optimization.
• Proficiency in using SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, etc.
• Strong analytical skills with expertise in Google Analytics and other web analytics platforms.
• Experience managing Google Ads campaigns and optimizing performance metrics.
• Solid understanding of web development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and best practices.
• Experience with content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress, Joomla, or Drupal.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Results-oriented mindset with a passion for driving continuous improvement and achieving measurable outcomes
