Role Summary:

The SEO Manager will be responsible for planning, implementing, and managing the company's overall SEO strategy. This role aims to improve the companys search engine rankings, increase organic traffic, and ensure the highest visibility for the brand across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

1. SEO Strategy and Execution

• Develop and implement effective SEO strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Conduct keyword research to guide content teams.
• Monitor and analyze website performance, including organic traffic, keyword rankings, and conversion rates.

2. On-Page Optimization

• Optimize website content, meta tags, images, and URLs for search engines.
• Ensure technical SEO aspects like site structure, load speed, and mobile-friendliness are optimized.
• Regularly perform audits to identify and fix SEO issues.

3. Off-Page SEO

• Build and manage a high-quality backlink profile through outreach and partnerships.
• Collaborate with PR and content teams to promote the brand on external platforms.
• Monitor competitors’ backlink strategies to identify opportunities.

4. Analytics and Reporting

• Use tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEMrush to track and report performance metrics.
• Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
• Stay updated with Google algorithm changes and adjust strategies accordingly.

5. Team Collaboration

• Work closely with content creators, developers, and marketing teams to ensure SEO best practices are followed.
• Provide training and guidance to team members on SEO principles.

6. Market and Trend Analysis

• Keep abreast of industry trends, tools, and emerging SEO practices.
• Analyze competitors’ strategies and identify opportunities for improvement.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or related field.
• Proven experience as an SEO Manager or similar role.
• Deep understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking methods.
• Expertise in SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, and Google Analytics.
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
